- Thursdays (2:00-4:00 PM) - Bixby Park (Aerobic Recovery) + Form Drills + CORE
- Fridays (2:00-4:00 PM) - MLK Park/Poly Track (Aerobic Recovery)
- Saturdays (7:00-9:30 AM) - Trail Run (Long Run), carpool from LB Town Center
- Sundays (on your own) - Easy 30 minutes or cross-train + CORE
